Ubet Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. ubet will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel. Users are responsible for all activity that occurs under their account, regardless of whether it was carried out by themselves or by a third party who gained access through that account. Key user responsibilities include:

- Reporting any suspicious activity or unauthorised access immediately.

4. Payment Information and Transactions
All financial transactions on the ubet platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). This covers deposits, withdrawals, and all betting-related transactions. Users incur no currency conversion costs when using locally supported payment methods on the platform.
Payment methods accepted by ubet include bank transfers via FPX, approved local e-wallets, and other methods that may be added from time to time. All deposits are subject to the minimum limits set and will be credited to the user's account upon successful verification.
For withdrawals, users are required to complete a one-time identity verification process before their first withdrawal request is processed. This is a standard security measure to protect user funds from unauthorised access. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and are typically completed within the timeframe set by the platform.

Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Ubet reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if the user is found to have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the platform. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to recover any remaining balance in that account where evidence of fraud or misconduct exists.
